The admission process begins with online pre-registration, in which interested families complete an initial form to register their child as an applicant. This step is essential to open the file and continue the process.

🏫 Open Day
Open Day is the first direct contact between families and the school. During this meeting:
- ✨ You will learn about our educational proposal in detail.
- 🏫 You will tour our facilities.
- 💬 You will have the opportunity to clarify all your doubts and make sure our proposal aligns with your expectations.
⚠️ Important note:
Attendance to Open Day is mandatory to continue with the admissions process.

This step is only available for families who have already attended the admissions informational meeting.

Once you have submitted all the required documentation, an interview with the Admissions Coordinator will be scheduled exclusively for the parents.

❌ If not admitted:
You will be notified by the same means. No detailed explanations will be given, and the process will be considered closed.

Pre-enrollment is a partial payment of the total enrollment fee, which will be deducted at the time of official enrollment.

📌 For applicants from Kínder 4 onwards, observations are made to comprehensively understand the student in the following aspects:
- Academic.
- Social.
- Emotional.
⚠️ This step allows contrasting the student’s current situation with the context of the desired grade, ensuring proper adaptation.
📍 In some cases, an internship for the applicant may be recommended. The results of these observations are again presented to the Admissions Committee for the final decision.
🏁 Final Decision by the Admissions Committee
📌 After reviewing all the collected information, including observation results, the Committee issues a final recommendation on the applicant's admission.
📩 Family Response
Families will receive an email with the final result of the process:
- If admitted: They are requested to confirm acceptance of the spot. Once accepted, they will receive instructions to make the pre-enrollment or enrollment payment.
- If not admitted: Families will also be notified by email, concluding the process without detailed explanation.
🎓 Enrollment

El Comité de Admisiones revisará cuidadosamente:
📂 Toda la documentación presentada.

📌 ¿Qué hace el comité?
El comité tiene la responsabilidad de determinar si la familia es admitida o no.
📧 Respuesta Preliminar
Las familias recibirán en sus correos electrónicos una respuesta inicial con los resultados de esta etapa:
- Si se puede avanzar: Se informará sobre las observaciones al postulante.
- Si no se puede continuar: También se notificará por correo electrónico, dando por finalizado el proceso.
👶 Observaciones al Postulante
📌 Para los postulantes de Kínder 4 en adelante, se realizan observaciones para conocer integralmente al estudiante en los aspectos:
- Académicos.
- Sociales.
- Emocionales.
⚠️ Este paso permite contrastar la situación actual del estudiante con el contexto del grado al que aspira, garantizando una adecuada adaptación.
📍 En algunos casos, se puede recomendar una pasantía del postulante. Los resultados de estas observaciones se presentan nuevamente al Comité de Admisiones para la decisión final.
🏁 Decisión Final del Comité de Admisiones
📌 Tras revisar toda la información recopilada, incluyendo los resultados de las observaciones, el Comité emite un concepto final sobre la admisión del postulante.
📩 Respuesta a la Familia
Las familias recibirán un correo electrónico con el resultado final del proceso:
- Si es admitido: Se solicita confirmar la aceptación del cupo. Una vez aceptado, recibirán las instrucciones para realizar el pago de la pre-matrícula o matrícula.
- Si no es admitido: También se notificará por correo, dando por finalizado el proceso sin explicación detallada.
🎓 Matrícula
En caso de que el postulante sea admitido, la familia recibirá un correo electrónico con las instrucciones detalladas para completar el proceso de matrícula.
